Are there packages available?

Yes! I have offered discounted prices on your first month you sign up for coaching. A couples price, get a deal for you and your spouse/friend.

What if I’m not satisfied with my progress?

If you're not seeing the progress you hoped for, communicate openly with your coach. They can make adjustments to your plan, provide additional support, and help troubleshoot any challenges you're facing. Your success is their priority.

Can I stop 1:1 online coaching after one month?

It is recommended that you commit to at least three months.

What do I need for online nutrition coaching?

You will need to download a macro tracking app (I use MyFitnessPal) A food scale. A bodyweight scale. The right mindset. Ready to do the work (which isn’t as much as you think it is)
